Baby bottles are items which are used for a long period of time. Some children feed from baby bottles up to age three and getting regular baby bottles may be worth the investment. However, the time spent on washing and sterilizing the bottles might not be worth the effort particularly if both parents are working and need time to perform other household and baby chores. A nanny could do the job of cleaning the bottles during the day but it will detract her from her function of looking over the baby. Have disposable bottles available for those instances that you weren’t able to wash the regular bottles on schedule. The disposable baby bottles become a convenient back-up to those instances when you are unable to complete the washing and sterilizing chores as scheduled.
